The freezer is so large! We fit a quarter beef in it no problem. There™€™s tons of door space along with shelf space. Ours does have some scratches just because we got it from a liquidator for $450 but for that price we don™€™t care. Also, the stuff in the door stays just as frozen as the stuff on the shelves

Temp status not working and light won™€™t illuminate

I bought two. One is working fine, the other has a couple things that I can™€™t find any support for. One is the light is out but the bulb is not dead.. seems the door sensor might not be functioning? The other is I can™€™t adjust the temp because the temp status is locked with two lights activated, one below middle, one above (see photo). I can™€™t find any support anywhere.

The freezer is great! We were converting from a big deep freezer to upright and looking for something that had enough room and this one is perfect. The shelves are very adjustable with several variations of how they can be arranged, making this freezer incredibly functional. Delivered 1 week ago and got down to temp in less than 5 hours. Installed in garage with springtime North Carolina temps I had to reduce temp from recommended to 1 step warmer to maintain -5 degrees. Very quiet operation. I could not be happier with it.

Love it ... except the shelving

This freezer got cold fast and keeps its temperature consistently. The only complaints I have are minor-- the options for where to put the shelves are limited. I'd also have liked for the "basket" the bottom to have had an even front to it vs the dipped lip.

High Temp Warning from Day 1

Purchased and received delivery on Jan 19, 2025; plugged in and received High Temp warning before delivery guys left; they said let it come-up to temp and it should go away after 24 hours; called Lowes after 10 days and said 48 hrs warranty; I have to call Frigidaire; now after 3 tech visits it's still not working and Frigidaire will not replace this brand-new, unused unit. This unit cost $1,000 and has been unusable since delivery - 60 days. I'm being told I have to wait for another tech to assess "repairability". I am done with Frigidaire.

I love the Frigidaire stand up deep freeze. It™€™s pretty, has great features. I love that you can switch the side that the door handle is on and the anti-tip safety feature. I love the basket at the bottom and how securely the shelves inside lock in. The shelves themselves seem like they need a little more support. With 20-1lb packages of ground beef, it started to bow. I like that you can hear when the freeze is actually closed. I like the adjustable shelves and the adjustable temp control on the front.
