Screws inside rust in just a few months

Do not buy this microwave. I have it less than 4 months and all of the screws inside are rusted. Tech support told me that they do not cover rust and they do not sell replacement screws. I am afraid to keep using it due to the amount of rust inside. Do not waste your money on this product.

Smarter than your average microwave

We are still referring to the manual occasionally, but we are trying the different capabilities: the usual microwave, the convection, as well as the air fryer. Getting used to the new controls is a bit of a learning curve for us old folks, but its been fun and the results have all been good. And the light shining down on the stovetop is outstanding.

This is what it is supposed to be! Our 2nd try with this model. We had high hopes for the 1st one, but it had issues. This one replaced the 1st, it was a Gallery edition. This one is a Profesional edition. It works very well. Glad we tried again. Most microwave convection are half this interior size. The size was important because we use the convection ILO a standard oven. So far, we are very pleased with the performance in all cooking modes.8

I™€™ve only had the microwave for a week & I have had no complaints. I like the buttons at the bottom and the handle really non existent, keeps dirty fingerprints away! This is our 3rd over the stove microwave installed & they haven™€™t lasted more than 2 to 3 yrs, I am hoping this one breaks the cycle. After our last one went out we just purchased a small countertop one that is an inverter. It has more power & uses less energy than the new one which seemed strange to me considering it has the convection & air fryer features with it. In all honesty, I probably won™€™t use the AF, I have a countertop one that keeps the mess to a minimum, but the convection is going to be great, especially during the holidays!

Problem from day 1

The features have not worked correctly since day 1, damaged parts {air fryer, turn table spindle} wont go to the temperature to convection cook, wont broil, wont go temp to air fry, wont reach temp to bake/roast - parts unavailable according to Manufacture- supposedly going to replace but have not sent the authorizations for that to happen- so I have a Very Expensive thing that can warm my coffee.

It was 1/2 way done with the air fry when everything just died on the microwave.I have contact both Frigidaire and the reseller (AJ Madison) and after a week, nothing has been done and I am left without any microwave or resolution in sight.

There are 2 things I do not like . The preheating for airdrop and once microwave on no way to lower time cook only a plus to add time. On th positive it is large enough to cook not just heat. The choices to cook with air/convection/ microwave is a plus.
