Because of space, this was my only choice. I like this oven so far. Microwave is large and oven works well. All in all--it's ok. Some of the controls are a bit old fashioned and confusing to operate. But I will get used to them over time. Not very intuitive.

Price is not worth of it. Just pretty looking but not friendly to operate. Digital display is shared by both the upper microwave and the lower oven. You could not use at the same time like my 1993 GE Profile. Racks won't easily slide out that you have to pickup the cooking tray straight up. I would prefer two sliding racks versus the one sliding and two fixed racks.

It is terrible -- Don't buy this oven

The regular oven takes a full 25 minutes -- I timed it exactly -- to heat up to only 350 degrees. Plus, there are two latches on either side of the microwave oven door, and as you are taking the food out, your sleeves tend to catch on them. I nearly had a terrible accident with this a couple of times when we first got it, until I trained myself to cautiously lift the food out keeping my arms well above the latches. If this oven were not installed I would return it.

We've had this oven for a little over two years now and it works great. My only complaint is that the temperature probe broke on the 4th use or so. When removing from the oven, the plastic handle where you're supposed to detach it from the oven simply pulled off of the plug portion and the wires were loosened/exposed. This was product failure and, when contacted for support, GE wanted $43.20 for replacement. Seems like after spending around 4K on the oven they would have a little more generous policy.

I had a 27" oven / micro combo and replaced it with this GE version. It doesn't hold a normal 20.25 x 14 x 1" sheet pan. It's insane that the inside is so small. I never thought to check - why would they design racks that take up so much space. Do not buy this ove.

Contacted customer service and they stated I needed a service call, maybe to document the rust? Awaiting that service visit now, hoping we can get to a resolution?

Purchased PK7800SK6SS oven in June, 2021 it worked for 3 months. Had repair men out two times to fix the "communication error to the lower oven", per their GE representative instructions and it still is not fixed!! Going on my third appointment; hopefully "3rd times a charm"?

Functionally it works, but some features require multiple entries and haven't been able to figure out how to program certain functions that seem like the should aways be the same like turn on for one minute at 80% level instead of being asked everytime set time, set level, start. Rather than do it. Also the message oven cooling is annoying. Who cares when time is finished beep once or twice and stop.

Based on first 30 day use, all is good. Learning features for upper and lower ovens operation has been easy. To be truthful this unit wasn't our 1st choice, but due to product unavailability of "other" brands, we selected GE. We used to have an advantium oven as well as a wall oven built in until our advantium quit Dec 31. After a long wait, our GE profile PK7800KSS was installed. I am concerned about the longevity of the microwave in particular. The glass fogs up often when microwaving steamy vegetables. It takes a very long time for this to dissipate. We also have had trouble with the microwave control pad getting "confused" at times and not performing the tasks requested. Tonight the entire left side malfunctioned and would not respond. After turning off circuit breaker and turning back on, it came back on, however this does not inspire confidence, and we are worried that it will quit after no longer in warranty. This appliance is too expensive and too difficult to install to be performing this poorly. I am afraid to use the self clean function for fear of breaking the oven.
